Sithari
Race - Sithari
The Sithari are an evolutionary offshoot from the race that bore the Sitherans. They have all the sma e benefits and hinderances that a standard Sith might have, and closely resemble them in all aspects except they are covered with a coat fo glossy feathers. While the outward appearance of these reptilian birds may induce an "Aw" factor, they are far more savage and aggressive than their northern cousins. Religion The tale of Keth and Ra'Khan... In the days before the Stone King’s coming, before the People were split and the Eighth Tribe left the known lands the Om’Low? bestowed their wisdom upon the Chosen Ones. They taught them the ways of the world, and showed them how to stop their war-like ways and the People entered a new, glorious Circle. The Shen’twa Keth and Ra’Khan? gave the Sith the gift of focus and clarity through their sacrifices and triumphs. Unlike most Shen’twa, Keth and Ra’Khan? were truly brothers, more than just in the spiritual sense. They had come from the same clutch of eggs and had lives and grown with each other each of their Circles. While they were very close, J’ogk had imbued them with very different humours. Ra’Khan? still clung to the old ways of leadership through strength, fast action, and a ruthless drive to survive. Keth was more reserved, completive, and built his leadership base from talking and listening. Despite their differences, they loved and admired each other very much. Their temperaments also bled over into their teachings of the martial arts to the tribe’s warriors: one strong and fast, the other methodical and subtle. Gradually, the two philosophies or styles gathered supporters from different factions of the People. <INSERT MORE> When the Eighth Tribe had left the known lands, following the teachings of Ra’Khan?, the Seven Tribes that stayed behind took a more gentle approach on their Circle. They cast off the ways of claw and of feather, and looked to themselves. The Teacher Keth had spoken to the People about the responsibility bestowed upon them by the All-Father? and his Om-Low?. The Sitherans were most blessed by Father J’ogk, and he entrusted the place called Kith’al’arn to the People for safekeeping until the day J’ogk would come to earth and walk amongst them. The Om’fa’low K’Marden? had spoken to the leaders of the tribes, and shown them how to live in harmony with J’ogk’s bride, Mother Faum, how to coax from her the bounty that would keep the People nourished and sheltered. J’ogk himself set the hierarchy of beings up and entrusted the People with the knowledge of the Order of Things. No Thing is greater than another in its Circle, and it was the sacred duty of those of the Higher Circles to caretake the world around them, to educate those less-blessed, and lead a pure and righteous life according to the words of the Om’Low?. J’ogk himself was the outermost Circle, his arms outstretched, protecting all others within. The second ring was Mighty J’ogk’s three daughters, the sky in which they travel. This ring is where the spirits of the Om’Low? go after they have passed from their third ring on. The third ring, this blessed circle represented the Om’Low? and the Om’Fa’Low?. Beings on this tier actively instructed lesser beings on the Way of Things, and how to live pure lives. The People are direct descendents of the Om’Low?, and they strive their whole lives to re-achieve that Circle. The Fourth Ring represented Holy J’ogk’s bride, Mother Faum. Being from a more perfect Circle, the People’s destiny was to caretake Mother Faum, and prepare her for the day at which J’ogk would walk upon her again. The fifth, the innermost and smallest, Ring was the rung at which most mortals dwelled, with the eldest races (those of elves, those of dwarves gnomes Halflings, and finally those of newest races, those similar to that of Man, was farthest from grace, and required the most instruction <INSERT MORE> Culture Created by: admin last modification: Monday 11 of August, 2008 [03:00:38 UTC] by darthcrob |
