NPC's and Creatures
for Serving Beauty
I only give the stats that I think will come into play. I didn't have
the time, nor the desire, to create full characters for the NPC's. If
you need full characters for your game, and want to generate them, please
mail them to me, and I'll post them for everyone else (giving you credit
of course)
Lady Elizabeth
Human Female
Stats: Not needed since she never gets into a fight. She would be about
150 Points.
Personality: Lady Elizabeth seems to be a powerful mage when the characters
first meet her. This is because of an 'Artificial Archmage' she has in
her house. She really isn't a very powerful mage. The 'Artificial Archmage'
is the crystal ball that is on a pedestal in her house that gets smashed
at the beginning of the second round. The 'Artificial Archmage' is what
made her house look so grandeous, and beautiful. When it gets smashed,
you see what her house really looks like. Lady Elizabeth is good for the
most part, but has gotten a little greedy for power the last few years.
She has a charming personality.
Elrond
Human Male
Stats: ST: 12, DX: 13, IQ: 9, HT: 11, Brawling : 12, Broadsword 14, Bow
13, Fast-Draw(Broadsword) 14, Fast-Draw (Arrow) 14, Shield 15.
Personality: Elrond is very nice. He is quite and very astute. He is
in love with Lady Elizabeth, which is why he doesn't stop her before she
casts the spell from the book. He looks very noble. He is very helpful
to the players.

Personality: Sidri is greedy. He is not after the book, and for that
matter doesn't even know what the amulet that he has does. But he knows
it's worth money, and will try to get whatever he can for it. His main
personality trait is greed. He pays his traveling companions (body guards)
well, he knows the price of loyalty. Sidri isn't evil, he would rather
give the amulet to someone who will take care of it rather than someone
who will use it for evil, but he will give it to whoever pays him enough.

Dusty
Male ?
Stats: not needed, he is to small to really be a threat to anyone.
Personality: Dusty is a little creature, about 2' tall He is very cheery
and welcomes anyone to his home. He talks about Johnny like they were
friends, but the Giant didn't even know he was there. He is just happy
to have someone to talk to, so he will help them however he can. Unfortunatly
he has the mind of a scatter brained 8 year old, so he's not much help.
Marcaras
Description: Marcaras are created by High level preists of Thikis. They
are made out of the "Blood of Thikis". The Blood of Thikis is
a dark red colored liquid that has the consistancy of syrup and smells
like cinnamon. They are usually used as guards, since they last until
destroyed, and they never sleep, etc.
Marcaras have the ability to 'animate' pretty much anything they want.
They can flow over a skeleton and animate it. They can flow into rock
and control it, looking something like an earth elemental, or they can
pull together several items. (A book Marcara has been seen by some travelers,
its body was made out of a bunch of books held together with the Blood
of Thikis into a roughly humanoid shape.
Stats: ST: 12, DX 12, IQ 10, HT 11, Weapon (whatever they make) 15, Spitting
15, High Pain Threshold, Combat Reflexes, Blood Lust
Attacks:Marcaras have several attacks:
1. Blood Spit : Marcaras can spit some of thier fluid at victims. The
Blood of Thikis is very acidic and burns when it is touched. If they hit
with a spit they do 1d6 points of acid damage. Since they are spraying
part of themselves, they also take 1d6 points of damage.
2. Blood Blade: They have the ability to create weapons from the fluid.
Basicly one of thier arms changes into a weapon, such as a sword, that
the marcara can then use to attack with. The weapon does an additional
point of damage because of the acid.
3. Explode: Marcaras also have a last resort attack. They can self destruct.
When this happens the Marcara explodes and anyone within 5 or 10 feet
take 2d6 points of damage, and the Marcara dies.
